Maryport has one of the finest leisure centres in Cumbria – Netherhall Community Sport Centre which has recently obtained Sport England’s Quest status, and in doing so achieved one of the highest scores gained by any new centre on their first assessment.
Netherhall Community Sports Centre is part of Netherhall School. The facilities within the centre serve both the school itself and the whole of the local community and surrounding district. We believe that the more support and advice we can give to people to achieve their goals the happier and healthier our community is.
NCSC aims to provide first class facilities and a warm and friendly atmosphere to all. There is a very broad range of amenities and the extensive programme of activities mixes both commercial and community usage alongside an extensive schools’ provision.
